Both specialize in lying during sales and total service incompetence. Ramsey will sell you a used car with hidden damage history and Smith Cairnes service will completely destroy any component at/near their "repair" area.
Worst Customer Care
Contacted re: damaged dashboard from Smith Cairnes Subaru, Yonkers, NY air bag replacement. Told they would do NOTHING to even look into this incident. The Subaru Corporate Headquarters, Smith Cairnes Subaru (where the car was damaged) and Ramsey Subaru (where this POS was purchased are just the worst entities imaginable
