Nobody called me back

Great company in general. My experience buying shares for my entire home was so easy and flawless! And I love the shades. On this call I was asking how to safely remove Help with paint spots on shades

Let the sales rep come to your home, help you choose the right window covering for you, they will measure and later send a great installer. Iit could not gene been easier. And I love the clean, elegant look of the shades throughout my home! And if there is one of their great sales going on, all the better!

Roller blinds repair needed

Our sliding glass door roller blind does not roll up correctly. It was originally a manual roller blind, and Smith Noble replaced it with motorized version.

From the beginning, it is not rolling up correctly. They mailed a tape kit to try and correct the problem. It still is not working correctly and now the unit is producing a very loud squeaking noise when rolling up or down. Contacted customer service and they said try putting WD-40 on it and let the blind down all the way to make sure its correctly aligned.

I asked if they could send someone out to properly adjust it. They said there would be a charge. Weve only owned the roller blind for about a year. Im going to look at my paperwork to see if its under warranty.

Im disappointed in the lack of customer service effort to stand behind the product.

I read 3 Day Blinds bought or has taken over Smith and Noble. It would be in 3 Day Blinds best interest to take care of Smith and Noble customers to retain/gain loyalty.

I followed all the cleaning steps correctly, but since the blade cannot come off as it's attached, nothing is working and I felt like I was feeding bad food to my family by pouring vegetables into this. It's now about a health issue.

Everything is in perfect condition. I would like to return it and get a refund, please.

Problem with airfryer

Bought air fryer from Harris Scarfe it is a 13 litre December 2020 not used a great deal perhaps four times a month which I can’t find the record of purchase or the warranty card.The thermostat has gone on it for the amount we paid for it I don’t think that is a good product I have quite a few of your products but starting to think they are not of the best quality can I get a new thermostat or do I have to buy a new air fryer which will more than likely not be a smith and Nobel Kind Regards Christine Hall
