Getting calls from someone called smith warner and associates, they called me also my sister. I don't know how they got her number threatening me that I need to call asap or they'll take legal action against me

Today I received a phone call from Jason. I could not understand what was being said by his accent.
The background noise was very loud. He asked for my attorneys information because there was a law suit against me from a loan company I never heard of. Come to find out they don't exist. It was the same number as Jennifer's.
814-347**** from PA. When I hung up on them they called 4 times in a row.
I had to get rude and tell them I was going to find them and sue them. Haven't heard back.

Jennifer Young lawsuit scam 3/6/12
On March 6, 2012 I received a phone call from a man with a thick middle eastern accent stating that he was a "Tony" paralegal representing a law firm and he needed to verify mySS#. I asked him two more time who was suing me and what firm did he work for; he would not tell me so I hung up. He called right back I let the call go to voicemail. When I listened to the voicemail and he threaten that if I did not call him back that he would report me to the authorities and someone would show up at my home and arrest me and wished me good luck...323-513-**** Lyon Falls, NY (outside of Syracuse, NY)
I called the number back and got "Anna" I asked her who she was and what number did I call she asked me for my name I said to her no your number was on my phone as a missed call. She told me I had called the Jennifer Young Law Firm...it was hard to understand her with the same thick accent. She spelled it out for me I researche dit on google and found out it was a scam. I read one of the other post on this site and found the numbers to call to report. I reported to all the agencies and thought that was theend of it...they same number called me back twice and both times I told the individual that I reported them and they hung up.
Today I received a call from Kevin Peterson a paralegal from roger Smith & Assoc Law firm....I reported this one as well....his number 814-348-**** a land line out of Bedford, PA...
I GIVE NO ONE MY INFO......I WORK IN THE LEGAL FIELD...THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE CAUGHT AND PROSECUTED!!!

Piece of {{Redacted}} *** scammers look for elderly people with foreign last names so they can scare them with vague sounding legal threats and scam them out of their money and steal their identity. Currently using (855) 846-**** for their "corporate headquarters" and (305) 602-**** as one of the numbers that they call from.
I received a call from a David Foster #916-304-**** he called my work and cell about a lawsuit and told me to call this number and ask for extension 359 so I did over and over again about ten times. Until the Guy answered and was so mad he said why do you keep calling me...
I told him because you told me to and ask for Ext. 359.....he said he will stop calling me!
I immediately researched phone scams and here it is.....omg these people are annoying but I'm calling that number!!!! To report..
I too received a call from some mindless man with a thick Middle Eastern Accsent saying his name was Dave Sabastian. The next day I called the supposed Law Firm of Roger,Smith and Associates. A man with a thick Middle Eastern Accsent answered and said his name was Brian; I laughed out Loud at him and said no way are you Brian. I also said you are some lame middle eastern man with such Broken English that I can't Understand a word that you are saying.
I called right back and Brian told me to wait for a Couple of Hours and I would be arrested. I laughed out loud again ay him and he hung up on me.
Don't Believe in Idiots like ( Brian ).
It's just some new Phone Scam.
I'll be reporting this to the Proper Authorities after I finish writing this.

on several occations have gotten phone calls from these *** they are arrogant and deserve everything they are called! Over the past several months have gotten calls from different #'s the latest one from Rodger's Smith is 567-248-****, a sofie wilson looking for N.
J. and stated that they were in N J Tohmson county, check it....there is no such county in NJ!!!!

April 30, 2012 - I was called today by a David Williams saying I was being sued for money owed to a payday advance company. There were 3 charges.
If I did not pay today, law authorities would be at my house tomorrow. I have not done buisiness with this load advance company and have not with any other since 2010. I am scared to death as I do not know what to do and do not want this kind of thing haunting my me or my family.
What do I do. Is this really a scam and I am falling for it?
You can't be arrested and for them to threaten that it is against the law. File a,complaint with the federal trade commission

I am ready to take legal action against these Jerks and have no clue where to start??? I’m in my mid-twenties and have been repairing my credit and debt for about 3 years through a great Debt Consolidation Company known as Cambridge Credit.
While at work, I received a call from “Kevin Peterson†who stated this name and calling from Roger Smith & Associates? This man immediately started asking me to verify my name and social. I refused to verify anything and told him that I will refuse to cooperate with anyone until I see something in writing regarding this BOGUS lawsuit against me. He informed me that my Local Sherriff’s Department was on their way to serve me papers and if I did not comply….
I would be arrested. WTF…really??? I asked to speak to a supervisor and/or manager because I did not want to speak to him after his rude remarks and manner towards me over the phone. What does he reply back with……â€MAm…I don’t want to speak to you†: / We went back and forth with this comment for a few seconds until I flipped out and told him to learn some effin ENGLISH.
He finally transferred me to his Manager who also refused to provide me any documentation on what I am being sued for and told me to simply just wait for the papers to be served.
Whoever these jerks are ruined my day and I am ready to make their life a living ***. Any feedback on what to do or advice would be great!
