My cat died from treats
I bought the Smarty Kat freeze-dried treats, and less than 30 minutes after eating a few, my cat is dead. She had pooped and threw up and passed away so fast after eating these treats.
I wrote to the customer service that night demanding answers with no reply.
Don't feed these to your furry babies. I just lost mine.

Upset
Every time, bye, wanna they don't matter whether it's the bird or the mouse, they do not work ever. There are broken. They found like quiet, they're expensive too.

I ordered 2 Smartykat toys from Groupon and neither one of them work. The toys were the LocoMotion and the Feather Whirl.
I believe the batteries are dead and would like to return them. Please advise

Have been loyal for years until I tried to contact them about an issue. I have 4 cats.
Have bought SO MANY TOYS, over the years. Toy after toy after toy. And it seems like quality has gone down/prices up. Not much different than any other company but am Writing this review about TRYING TO CONTACT THEM about "Hot pursuit" (the blue, circle thing keeps bunching up).
My cat LOVES this toy but every 2-3 minutes this happens. They had a big yellow one that was very well made.
Maybe NOT 1 of theirs, can't remember. This one is CHEAP.
I just wanted to talk to SOMEONE

Hot pursuit
- - Cat loves this toy, but the skirt is flimsy and a dangerous wire pokes out.
- - Stopped buying SC toys due to safety issues, especially Hot Pursuit.
I have bought this toy several times coz my cat loves it.
However, the main issue is he new material that the skirt is made of. It is so flimsy - the dangerous wire pokes out of the skirt almost immediately.
Please respond - I have stopped buying SC toys because of other safety issues, especially Hot Pursuit.

Broken wire in cover.
- - Hot Pursuit was bought from a private seller and arrived new in box.
- - Blue cover sticks; weighted wire broken, cover unusable and wand tangles.
I just purchased your hot pursuit toy from a private seller (Brand New In Box) After receiving it yesterday i had noticed the blue cover kept sticking up on one side. After further investigation, The small wire that keeps the cover weighted was completely broke in half.
I assumed it came unclasped so i tried pushing it back up against the other one but to my knowledge it was broke not clamped. I ended up taking the wire out of cover, so my cats didn't injure their selves on the cover while playing and realized the cover can not be used without wire as the wand gets tangled in the cover as it spins around.
I'm unable to return since i tried fixing the problem myself, and now I'm stuck with a toy my cats won't engage with since the cover isn't on it. How do i go about getting another one?
The size printing on your directions is impossible to read
I can't for the life of me figure out how to open up the battery compartment to install the batteries, so haven't been able to use the toy. Can you help me?

Glass in the soil

Glass!!!! This is totally unacceptable!! Where do they get the soil for this grass!? This is not the first time I had a complaint about the cat grass but...
this is scary!! Sometimes the grass doesn’t grow well or it gets moldy before it germinates but glass in the soil!!! My cats eat this!
