All I want is the monthly rental for Smarty Internet for a person benefits wit no working partner. That is all I require so ps get back to me with the info.
Mishandled number transfer
3 days since Vodafone transferred my number and Smarty still haven't completed despite advertising 24 hours. Raised issue, no info forthcoming, now showing as won't be completed for another 4 days. Unable to receive calls or send/receive texts. Despite advising vulnerable welfare concerns, no urgency. Steer clear is my advice.

I need payment history with my address on it
I cant get payment proof with my address on it. I couldnt find it anywhere on line. Can you let me know where I can find it please. If there is not one, can you send me one please. Its not useful there is no telephone number.
SIM card delivery delay
