Haven't refunded the last month December
I never ordered the subscription but it was cancelled earlier this month, and the subscription fee is still being processed. I want a refund on all fees since October. I want the subscription cancelled and no other fees withdrawn.

No one would answer their customers service line and I had to listen to their Christmas music for hours. I like Christmas music but their music was terrible.
I have no dealings with this company other than they took $25.00 out of my checking account. All I know I thought I was on a AT&T application and I thought I was applying for a sweepstakes.
I would not have applied for this service.
I am a 69 year old widow and not very tech savvy. I tried to leave a message on their website to let them know to stop service but that did not work.

I recently purchased movie tickets online and an offer came up. I looked at the offer and saw that they wanted to charge me, so I didn't submit anything and exited out of the ad. I now have a charge of $19 on my account which I did not approve or agree to.
