Ungrateful company that does not stand behind their customers or products

Don't buy SmartWool products from their authorized 3-party resellers, like Zappos, MooseJaw or BackCountry because they do not stand behind their products! I purchased approximately $2,870 in SmartWool products in the past four years. You would think Smartwool would appreciate that kind of business, but they do not care about their customers. I will give you one of many examples I could give. I bought a Smartwool ski jacket from Moosejaw for $250 and a pair of Smartwool Liner Gloves for $24.00. Gloves received pilling. The black ski jacket looked almost discolored and when I looked at it more carefully the jacket had two small holes in it. One on the arm, another one on the back. Contacted the seller within the return window, and they never got back to me. No phone or return email. They completely ghosted me. So I thought I would contact SmartWool after all the business I gave them over the years. Surely they would help, right? Nope! They do not care! They didn't offer to contact Moosejaw. After all, they resell their products! They didn't offer to replace the jacket and gloves, or give me a credit, so I could purchase a new ski jacket and gloves. They didn't do a damn thing for me, because they do not care. I got screwed out of $274.00 in this transaction, and again they just do not care about me or any of their customers. There are a lot of better businesses out there that stand behind their products and customers, unlike SmartWool.

I got 4 pair of smart wool socks live them but i keep getting hole in them right away for the price i feel they should last a year
