Trying to find 23.7 smart water

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

A representative found a store in my area that carries Smart Water in 23.7 ounces. The larger bottles do not fit in our refrigerator. Costco used to carry that size, and it was very convenient, but they no longer do.

User's recommendation: Call and they will help

The condition of the bottles is extremely disappointing

AI Highlights
  • - The one-liter smart water bottles collapse in the middle with a large indentation and a protruding bottom, so they can't stand or be used.
Updated by user Nov 21, 2025

Very frustrating that I can't find a way to connect with customer service regarding smart water. There seems to be a design defect that I'm trying to make you aware of and it can't get communicated through to you.

Original review Nov 20, 2025

The one-liter smart water bottles are collapsing in the middle with a large indentation, and the bottom is protruding outward, which means they will no longer stand up. I've spent a lot of money, and now I can't use these bottles.

Loss:
$28
Pros:
  • Tastes absolutely fabulous
Cons:
  • Bottles are collapsing and the bottom of the bottle protrudes and that makes itp

Preferred solution: Full refund

AI Highlights
  • - Requests switching from plastic to glass or aluminum bottles.
  • - Expresses concern about microplastics and public health.

Could you please put smart water into glass bottles or aluminum bottles and stop using plastics? I see that microplastics are a huge concern for a large community that likes to drink water or smart water, and it could be an advantage for your sales if you show that you care about future public health by getting away from microplastics.

I'm concerned. Just saying.

Pros:
  • Electrolytes
Cons:
  • Plastic bottles

User's recommendation: Get away from micro-plastics.
