I have no idea how SmartVest treats their consumers. I only know, as a technician, that any medical equipment eventually has the necessity for support or parts; I mean, it's normal.

The cost for their devices is high, and it means a bigger effort to get one, and in Mexico, it's worse.

So, I am only trying to fix the problems they have. I hope SmartVest is thinking about this.
