AI Highlights
  • - The sign's arrow misdirects southbound traffic, causing confusion, and the staff offered a discounted replacement when I complained, which I declined.

I live on a very rural property and wanted an address sign to mark my driveway. I wanted to have numbers on both sides, and very importantly, an arrow to alert people to see where to turn in.

I ordered my sign and waited. When I got the sign, I realized that the arrow points up my driveway to anyone coming from the north, but for those coming from the south, (which is most of our traffic), the arrow indicates that my property is across the street! THEY MAKE SIGNS FOR A LIVING! Why did no one realize that this was a problem?!

I called to complain, and was told that this was MY fault, but they'd go ahead and sell me a new sign at a discount. I declined their "generous" offer.

User's recommendation: Avoid!
