I was applying for hurricane debris removal in NC when a Smartsheet ad popped up. I thought the application needed Smartsheet, so I started the subscription.
I don't need and don't want this product.
I need the subscription stopped immediately. Thank you.

Absolute garbage
We attempted to cancel our account with SmartSheet back in November. I have invoices and emails documenting communication and confirming our cancelation however, we have yet to receive our refund.
Once our request to cancel was submitted the "customer service" team stopped responding to any other inquiries. If you try calling customer service it rings once and a recording tells you to leave a message because "all reps are busy." Every. Single. Time.
We have sent emails as well and still nothing.
It's extremely unprofessional and frustrating. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

I had to upgrade my Pro Plan to a Business Plan to publish diagrams. My bill increased by $900/year when I upgraded.
I was told by Customer Service that I could downgrade my account. I then received an email stating that I could not downgrade my account.
I would have to cancel and re-signup for the Pro Plan.
I cancelled my account and received an email confirming my cancellation.
The next day I received a notice that I will be billed $900.
There is no way to call billing support and they are not answering the email inquiries that I have sent. Billing support is horrible!!
