Happy and Outstanding customer service

We are located in the western suburbs of Chicago Illinois. We wanted to build our commercial business to the levels we have achieved in the residential market. Cold calling did not put us in contact with the decision makers we needed to see so we decided to "warm-up" commercial accounts with a series of emails. We had a problem: how do we get the contact information we need for companies in our service area? SmartRay Solutions had the answer to our problem! At a very reasonable price, we purchased a contact list for commercial accounts in our service area (by Zip Codes). The number of companies that had accurate contact information was well within what STS promised. We have a very good working relationship and are quite pleased with the information STS provided. We recommend them to anyone in need of specific data.

We were screwed

I'm not a happy customer. We purchased a list of about 3500 contacts from this company. They told us about their thorough vetting process to ensure all the information is up to date and accurate. They told us how they guaranteed 95% accuracy. Well, on the very first day calling by one person using their list, we found 78 problems. NUMEROUS duplications, NUMEROUS entries that were erroneous and shouldn't have been in the list. Then I took a look at one of the categories and found 8 erroneous entries in 10 minutes. Clearly these guys don't verify anything - they just pull together a list and send it out. We've been waiting 10 days for a replacement list and they're trying to tell us they'll only replace part of it. They got our money already, but don't let them get yours. I highly recommend you find another source. These people aren't reputable.
