Can’t send FAX
I was confused by your change of "sending" page. Filled out correctly but didn't let me send. I needed immediate help which your company does not offer.

When I was looking for number to contact, I had to search for a day till I found a number. There is only email address given, and no one is monitoring the emails and I had never got a response. On the place that said HELP, you have to put a contact number, so if there is an issue, customers can contact you.

This service is close to useless. Don't expect t to get a fax for several hours. I will drop smartfax.
Unable to send a fax
They do not communicate by phone.
After 6 emails i still have no response from Smart Fax.
Money was withdrawn from my account for monthly payment.

No customer support
I have had an issue with sending faxes on their new portal. I have followed step by step and pretty tech savvy and it is still not working.
I have utilized their customer service email and haven't received a reply and his been two days.
They no longer have a customer service phone option. I am stuck with a fax that needs to be sent asap and unable to fax it or receive any help on what is happening.

The human verification is very frustrating. It's very hard to get past it, even if you do everything you're supposed to do.
I've never had problems with this in the past.
I have been a Smart Fax customer for years. I was happy until today.

My name is Candice L Catlett and I paid for a year subscription to smartfax app using one of my own credit cards in the amount of about 89.00. My phone was stolen from me the one ending in 8238.
I got a new phone its number is 918-408-****. I downloaded the smartfax app and paid for a week of faxing service. I would like to request transferring my year subscription from my previous account to my new one.
