Preferred solution: I’m just confused about a return on my reservations and was never sent an email with the second leg of a flight going to El Salvador.
My flight reservation is not completely book.
When i book my flight everything was fine. After more than a week the first flight was canceled.
The flight from Vegas to Seattle was canceled. Now i ask for explanation from live chat. Nobody answer my ? for 2 weeks now.
I called customer service and said the flight was canceled by Singapore Airlines. While in there end in Singapore airlines said , if you did not book it from them. You ask to where you book it. So i called Smartfare.
And told me to pay 397 dollar for fare difference of the same flight, time and day. Check priceline, kayak or even the airline website of the same flight,day and time for the most expensive one is 99 dollars. So what in the name of fare difference you want me to pay almost 400 dollars. I book this flight and canceled by .who knew.
Not Alaskan airlines because the flight is still there in there website and other travel site. So my concern is this how you do business by robbing customer. Thats why they buy and book there flight in advance to save a little than buying it , close to date they fly. Because the flight will be more expensive.
Please help resolve this situation. On behalf of Singapore Airlines if they Canceled a flight they revise the time and flight and posted it on my trip . I talked to customer service for almost 2 hours and he was determined to rearrange my flight schedule for more money at the rate on the flights at the present fare on your booking website.
So i told him leave it as it is. Smartfare CEO please dont rob people out of their hard earn money.

My reservation code was: M2VSL3.
Because of the pandemic Corona Virus, unfortunately, I´d to cancel this Reservation and I´ve received an email with Credit.
I got in touch with the person who previously helped me to solve this problem more than 20 days ago and have not received any feedback so far.
Now that the situation of the Covid19 Pandemic problem has been alleviated and we can think about traveling again, I continue with my desire to travel, but I need your assistance to proceed with a new booking and the use of my credit with Smartfares.
I am still waiting for a response from Smartfares.
My concern is about losing the money I've paid more than US 1,400 because as Smartfares information I have a timeline to use this money.
Also, I've paid all the fees asked by all these services until receiving the credit letter.
Im from Brazil and is very difficult to contact Smartfares assistance.
How is possible I lose something if Smartfares do not answer me?

My plan for the summer was to try to go to a family reunion I was hoping I could go but my body would not allow me to be able to do this flight Ive been sick woman and was hoping I could just do a weekend getaway with my grandkids but medically I am unable to do that I called to get a refund of my money and they denied me straight out told me no would not give me my money could only give me a credit for future flights I medically will not be able to do any future flights per my Health . I cant get upset when talking with the representative who is very rude and dismissive I am so upset and so agitated and frustrated I cannot stand this company and Ill do everything that I can to let everybody know do not do not use this company they will steal your money !!
