Not paying what was promised
I signed up to have smart energy as my electric provider six months ago with the promise to receive a 200. Visa card when I call back to claim it this month (which I wrote in down on the documents when to call)
Well I kept my end of the bargain and now theyre telling me that I have to wait until the end the December !
Why is it that theres no honor of company words and obligations???
