Wrong description
The description said it was digital audio which is what we needed, but does not say that anywhere on the case. It HAS TO BE DIGITAL AUDIO!

I got to smart buy last Monday, I was there for hours because no one can make up their mind on final prices nor the giveaway gifts, for example there was a whirlpool microwave,
They were not sure of the price, $375 or $399,
They said it was the final piece, they had to make a call and we waited, waited and they never came up with the final price, then same thing happened with the 3 Samsung TVs, they could not tell me if they had the 58 Samsung, I bought 65, 55 QLED and the the 58, then they told me they will call me about the 58 to make sure it is available, here comes the gifts, I asked them if I can get the movable tv mounts instead of the fixed ones for the freebies, they said it should be doable, then they asked me to come back tomorrow and they will have all the answers for me, I came back next day, it was worse than the previous one, waited like 4 hours, they told me that the whirlpool microwave is sold to someone else, they dont have the Samsung 58 and they are not sure if they can give me the movable TV mounts.
My brother was with me, he asked me to cancel the order, but they said they would make it right, like I said 4 hours later, I paid them $5261 and they promised me delivery before Tuesday, and they will call me back about the freebies, honest I wanted out there because we were exhausted, we paid them and left,
Btw, I was dealing with the store manager Ibrahim, he gave me his personal number, I called him over and over and texted him over and over never once called me back or texted me, then I called him from the Marriott hotel that I was staying in and he answered, I was really upset and disappointed, he wouldnot answer my cell phone but he answered my hotel phone because he did not know that it was me who was calling.
He promised he would call me back in 5 min and give an answer on the movable mounts and delivery date.
A day later I get a text, saying sorry he could not give me the mounts for free but he will let me know about the deliveries, today is Tuesday, I was suppose to get the deliveries yesterday, am leaving the country tomorrow,
So until now I have not heard anything nor did I get the gifts???
Btw I received my microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer all on separate days, but still waiting for 3 TVs and cook top and wall oven,
Please can someone get back to me asap

There is a $48.00 charge to my Visa card and I do not recognize this charge. Please explain what it is for as I did not authorize it.

Horrible servic.
Paid them $5261 last Tuesday March-14-2022,
Paid another $1000 for a Samsung side by side ref few months ago,
They lied about the delivery date both times.
They promised gifts that they never delivered,
I had few other issues, they never answer the phone, the manager name is Ibraheem, he gave me his cell number, and never answer the phone once, he is the one that made all these false promises, his exact words were
You got it, it is a promise, in Arabic, he pointed at his eyes and said from this eye to this eye, ( من عيني هاي لي عيني هاي)، what a liar,
He only answered the phone when I called him from my Marriott hotel, or from my brothers phone, I even let him know that he is not straight, I have proofs to prove how many times I called him and texted him vs him returning the messages, it is so sad how people can do that to others, they dont care about u once they get your money,
I was suppose to travel tomorrow, he promised he will have my delivery before Tuesday, it is now Tuesday 645 pm, I am screwed, I am canceling my travel because this man does not care about my plans or his promise to me

Bad packaging for USPS
I ordered A fifty pack of blank CD's from a Third party company selling under the Walmart name. Instead of leaving the blank fifty CD's in the pancake plastic platter the Manufacturer puts them in, this company ( Yabow Inc) decided to take them out and put them in a paper thin box and the USPS doing what they do best crushed the package and all fifty blank CD's in it.
I called the company and got a RMA to print out and attach it to a new box to return to the seller. I told the company representative I just want my money back as I don't believe they could package another package properly to send through the USPS.
As it turns out it wasn't a smart buy buying from Smartbuy Depot. Have yet to see a return of my money.

On 1/22/2018, consumer reported the item was damaged upon receipt, SmartBuy Depot immediately sent consumer prepaid shipping label to return the damaged item, and the entire order was fully refunded afterwards, and this case was resolved. It's very hard to control how Post Office handle the packages.
As you can see from the photos, even though 2 layers of protection (bubbles plus corrugated carton box), damages during transit could still happen. Item has to be returned and inspected for damage claim.
