EVERYTIME I CALL I JUST GET THE RUN AROUND. YES WE ARE SENDING YOU A REPLACEMENT.

WE CAN'T FIND YOUR FILE. SO I START ALL OVER AGAIN.

Tab over heated and screen cracked where it plugs in. When I picked the tablet up and unplugged it. It cracked from the plugin point all the way across the screen and the tablet was so hot it almost burned my fingers.

It is a badly made tablet. It frezees all the time, it moves real slow at completing task, and there are prgrams that that will not work. Simple card games I wish i could send it back and get may mone

It works slow if at all. When playing a simple game it frezees and says wait.

All of my other devices connect to network easily, but I cannot even get on the network with this device.

Good at first; awful now; stressful

I got my Smartab for a Christmas present one year ago at least and it was awesome. The screen was huge but the keyboard was very practical to have for school projects since my computer was terrible.

Well, when I was unplugging my charger, it shocked me and if I do say so myself, it hurt! I got ticked and I obviously couldn't use the tablet anymore because of two reasons. The terribly built charger that shocked me was done, and two now, not a year later, the tablet is froze up. Let me dumb this down, the keyboard works fine when connected to the tablet, but when you disconnect it and try to use the touch screen, it won't work.

At all. Not to mention how awfully slow it is! I have been charging it with a USB cord using my computer and it won't charge with it hooked up to the keyboard. you have to take it off.

I would use a charger but it doesn't work. So I have no idea what to do!

This like the fourth time I got this smartab from Rose's in Brunswick Georgia and I let the smartab completely charge with a brand new micro sd card so I am not understanding why it's doing this my name is Beatrice Randolph my email is beatricerandolphymail@***.com my number is 912-275-****

Horrible experience

Nonexistence customer service center. My children used these smartabs for all of two weeks.

it doesn't charge and its very slop truly a waste of money. The apps are hard to tap into. we hooked up the wifi and everything we cant even use it to its full potential because of how slow it is. sometimes it charges for an entire day and still not turn on.

the tablets don't even turn on any more at this point. it is sad and a waste of money. it is not children friendly and too slow for adults.

I'm not sure what age group this product targets but don't do it. hands down the worst product I have ever purchased.

About to lose my mind

I really love my tablet except for one thing. It doesn't stay charged for long and doesn't charge while plugged in .

I have to power off in order for it to charge. I've never had a tablet that won't charge while I'm on it.
