Hey i have subscription with smart stb and im trying to log in but it shows error is need password and im trying to log in but it doesn't let me log in you guys cN try it im gonna pin all information with receipts i hope someone replying me back with email thankeyou i leave in usa. I don't have access to movies, series, and the TV plays only for 10 seconds and then returns me to the home page on Android TV. Please fix it. This problem has persisted for 10 days now.

Hello I use STB I paid for it but its doesnt work well. I did contact the company where I get it from.
But I dont get reply and help. I have to complain it.
Its not nice we as family cant use it if it is possible I would like to use it directly from STB and not from a middle person. Please help me with my problem

Transfer to a new device
when i am trying to transfer my livence to a new device is shows 1/3 transfger but it does not show me option for transfering my license to a new device. can you please help

Hello, I recently had a problem with my old email that I used to make a purchase. I tried contacting support, but the representative wasn't friendly and wouldn't listen to me.
My IP got blocked, and despite claiming to have unblocked it, nothing changed (this happened 10 times).
After 5 minutes, he said he would unblock me one more time, but he didn't. When I informed him I was still blocked, he simply gave up and blocked me from the support chat.

I took a IP service from a provider using your smart STB 7 day free trial.
After trial expired,, I have paid for Smart STB service. But my provider service is no longer is getting connected.
I need your help to fix this.
Your Customer Service phone# does not work.
I was told to pay $1 to join a service, then goes missing.
That service does not say what it is charging me.
Then I get $66 charge decline message from my bank. At this point this feels like a fraud..

Selected Portal no longer valid, maybe is having problems or has blocked Smart STB app.
