New subscription

HI My name is Thomas , i live in Iceland . I use to watch channels through STB .

For some reason , the provider stop. I want to have a new subscription for my self. Not as a provider , but just for my family . And i do not know , how to get this new subscription.

I am the one of ur user in nz and I am using this service from 1 year and from last one year 10 months my service is not working and i am really upset about that and ur team in india who is handling all these things they didnt fix my problem from last 10 months its feel like they treat me like a *** and when i ask them for a refund they simply said no we cant do refund its so shame that i spent money on something and I didnt get servive for that please take this complaint seriously its so harrasing what they did to me and feel free to call me

I don't have access to movies, series, and the TV plays only for 10 seconds and then returns me to the home page on Android TV. Please fix it. This problem has persisted for 10 days now.
