Horrible company! Not worth your money

HORRIBLE! We purchased a ticket for my niece. From Hollywood to Kissimmee/Orlando. And the driver was out of control!
He screamed at my wife very aggressively! she was afraid that he was going to punch her and my wife is pregnant by the way!!! He threw my niece's lodge to the van. This is unacceptable!!
I was not present to stop this non sense! Besides the fact that he was late, my wife demanded a more profesional attitude and also she asked "Why are you being so rude? and then he flipped and started screaming, he even made racial remarks about Venezuelans (apparently all passengers were Venezuelans). She told the driver that she was going to make a complaint and he said "Do whatever the *** you want, no one will give a S**).
I contacted the company and they denied everything. The claimed that they interviewed the passengers (I guess they forgot my niece was part of them) and I asked my niece to confirm the experience and she confirmed the incident and that the passengers also confirmed the experience, and that they never were contacted by this company to investigate.

I had a pick up at Orlando at 2:30pm.The driver had my cell# to contact me just in case I had a problem delay.My flight was scheduled to arrive at 2:14 pm acctually arrived early at 2:08pm,I arrived at pick up area at 2:15 pm.The driver was scheduled to depart at 2:30 pm after contacting office to find out the driver had already left with out even trying to contact me Just another unproffessional shotty business.Hey Smart Shuttle, if your going to be in the business, which won't be very long if you keep treating customers' like this ,how about making sure you pick up your passengers',and depart at the scheduled time. Thank's for your poor service! I know I will never use your service again!
NOT SMART TO USE SMART SHUTTLE
- Cancelled a Smart Shuttle reservation due to my father's funeral.
- The agent was unfriendly and said it was non-refundable regardless of circumstances.
I traveled to Vero Beach, FL for my father's funeral this week. My sister was kind enough to make a reservation on Smart Shuttle for my return to the Orlando airport.
Due to circumstances beyond my control, I have to cancel the reservation. The utterly unfriendly person at SS informed me that my reservation was non- refundable regardless of circumstances. SS made an already painful situation even worse.
I recommend avoiding this company if possible.
During this period of turmoil, several of my family members have been extended additional courtesy due to their bereavement condition, yet only Smart Shuttle responded in such a heartless manner. Smart Shuttle is NOT a smart way to travel!

Your route Vero to Orlando (MCO) is priced at $55.00 one way (2014). I'm sorry they weren't more understanding of your circumstances but you should have read the fine print before you purchased.
Why even bother getting upset over this just buy a new ticket (maybe $45.00 or $50.00 in 2011).
Would you have felt any better if your airline extended a reschedule or refund but asked you for a death certificate? I think not....
I am very sorry that you had this experience, especially at such a painful time. However, SmartShuttle is the only way to get from Orlando Airport to Vero Beach at a reasonable price.
They are more reliable than other services of this type. Even so, they have their limits.
And, yes, the fee is not refundable. Keep in mind that they run very good vans on a route that cannot be extremely profitable.
