The company is bankrupt. Would not buy a smart bora product new or used.

Will not be supporting at way. Would be wary of the company launching under a new name and corporation as they do not stand behind their products.

Do not buy from Smart Nora

Product may work for some but customer service is HORRENDOUS! They do not respond or stand behind their guarantee of a refund for returned devices.

I have sent MULTIPLE emails and attempted to call with no resolution. They are holding onto money that isn't theirs.

I was not surprised. They do have products they are selling thru Amazon and other sites. Would want customers to know there is no support structure in place.

The number on the web page does not work.

Have to send an email. Spent lots of money on a device that is not working.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I trolled them on their FB page.

Returned device as I was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea and had to switch to CPAP. RMA and return done.

Smart Nora received device March 5. It's July 22 now and I have not received a refund. AMEX won't budge cause the transaction is more than 3 months old. Called their customer service line but no one is answering and wants you to leave voicemail with another failed promise that they will return your call after 24 hours.

Please be aware of this company. It does not honor anything in the fine print.

I think this company is a scam. They promise money back guarantee. I sent Nora product back. They were communicating until after the 3 billing dates were due for my refund. No call back and no refund.

Order paid for but not delivered

August 2023 I prepaid for and confirmed for a Nora Gen2. I have sent several emails trying to find where the order is as it was promised for February 2024 delivery
