I ordered a small Nora five months ago without getting a refund back when I sent it back. Cannot get anyone to respond to emails or phone calls. They want me to take down my negative reviews without my refund not gonna happen.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I trolled them on their FB page.
Returned device as I was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea and had to switch to CPAP. RMA and return done.
Smart Nora received device March 5. It's July 22 now and I have not received a refund. AMEX won't budge cause the transaction is more than 3 months old. Called their customer service line but no one is answering and wants you to leave voicemail with another failed promise that they will return your call after 24 hours.
Please be aware of this company. It does not honor anything in the fine print.

I have called numerous times and only gotten a voicemail. I have emailed multiple times.
I returned my product over three months ago and they won't issue me a refund.
This is unacceptable. Do not buy from this company, they will not work with you.

Verified Reviewer |I think this company is a scam. They promise money back guarantee. I sent Nora product back. They were communicating until after the 3 billing dates were due for my refund. No call back and no refund.
This is unethical and a terrible company and business service!
The company received its product back in time unopened with a reference number for a full refund. I was told the billing date of June 15 th.
They received my money and the product iback Feb.
I have called, emailed, left messages. No return call!

Lack of response
I returned smart Nora 6 weeks ago. They never respond to any communication.
Its a scam. Stay away from this company.

August 2023 I prepaid for and confirmed for a Nora Gen2. I have sent several emails trying to find where the order is as it was promised for February 2024 delivery
We have not received any email or contact, getting very frustrated. An answer is required please.

No one answers or calls back.
The snoring machine stopped pairing days after I purchased it. Even after I tried troubleshooting with the manual, it still did not work.
Pebble will not pair with the base
The consumer affairs person, walked me through on how to reset the base, which paired my pebble. It took less than 5 minutes.

Cancel order.
I am waiting for a refund from Smart Nora. I called and talked with them explaining I wanted to cancel and receive a refund.
They sent an email stating the order is cancelled and a refund would be credited to my VEBA account. They said it would take up to 10 days. The email canceling my order was issues on 8/22/23, so it is still within the 10 days.
I am waiting for a full refund and hope they will follow through on their promise. Thank you for your help.

I was having a problem with my Smart Nora. I called and they called me right back
I was having a problem with my Smart Nora. They called me back and helped me and my husband by going over testing it out.
He stayed in the phone with us and guided us on how to reset it. It seems to be working.
They returned my call within 5minutes.
The gentleman explained how to reset the box. He believes that was the problem. He also said the pointy part of the mouse should be facing my head.

The sleeve no longer inflates. The lights on the pebble and compressor look correct. I've tried resetting the system using the reset button on the pebble.
