Product may work for some but customer service is HORRENDOUS! They do not respond or stand behind their guarantee of a refund for returned devices.
I have sent MULTIPLE emails and attempted to call with no resolution. They are holding onto money that isn't theirs.

I was not surprised. They do have products they are selling thru Amazon and other sites. Would want customers to know there is no support structure in place.
Device pump is not filling with air. No customer service number.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I trolled them on their FB page.
Returned device as I was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea and had to switch to CPAP. RMA and return done.
Smart Nora received device March 5. It's July 22 now and I have not received a refund. AMEX won't budge cause the transaction is more than 3 months old. Called their customer service line but no one is answering and wants you to leave voicemail with another failed promise that they will return your call after 24 hours.
Please be aware of this company. It does not honor anything in the fine print.
