Sent an email to change order, never receive a response and they shipped the order anyway. Will never do business with them again.

Cannot contact smart for life. They need to make this option available.

All I wanted to do is change my order not cancel it. This no contact policy that smart for life has is very frustrating. If I had somewhere else to go to I would in a heartbeat. Would someone please call me.

Cancelation of an order

What happened is: I cannot reach this company by phone to change my order or by email. If they have a cancellation policy, it sure is hidden somewhere. Actually, all I wanted to do was make a change in what I ordered but I guess they are not all that interested.

Call disconnect when dialed. I cannot proceed with the registration of my vacuum cleaner. I downloaded the app and followed instructions.

Return and Refund and Cancel recurring subscription

Never wanted recurring orders and cancelled it. They sent it anyway and no one will respond to me.

I had to put a stop on my credit card. Dont even have a way to send the unopened box back.

Then I read that you only have three days. It has Ben a day now and Im betting I hear something after three days have passed.

They have never even tried to contact me back and every number available does not work. They actually want me to give them my CC info and pay $1 to make a call. That is insane.

I have been trying to get the app working for my robot hoover, but it never connects to my website at all don't know what going on with it, I have tried to get the robot vacuum working via the app but all day but no luck with it taking too much time for me as I have a disabled son to look after their must

be a fault in to hoover I got from eBay I think that I will have to send it back to the seller

My lights are not turning off with my Alexa

After the storm came through my internet was out for 3 days now its back on and my lights wont turn off with my Alexa she keeps telling me to make sure everything is turned on and hooked up and they are , and still wont work

Contains 1 confidential file for company representatives

This is the second order I have purchased, the first one was a small order to try. They came with an ice pack that was hot but at least they looked like a b protein bar you would buy.

Loved the taste, so I placed a larger order and this time they came with no ice pack and all of them look like the picture below or worse.

Even though these taste amazing, will not be purchasing again unless you make it right and the next order comes in tacked. Thank you for your time.

After an earlier response from them, which didn’t acknowledge an obvious issue, they have not replied to any follow up questions from me. They will not address the fact they charged me $99 for a product never delivered.

But the charge is on my bank statement (I sent them a pic). Not at all reasonable customer service.

You really need me to restate what I just said above? Again, Smart for Life has failed to call back as they said they would more than a couple of weeks ago and has failed to respond to numerous voicemails that I have left. The issue is about double billing for a product And for some reason smart life does not want to talk about that extra profit they got.

Dont know why Im being asked to complete this survey again. As Ive already said, very poor customer service.

Repeated phone calls and messages have not been returned.

The issue is charging me twice for one order. Should be simple to correct but i guess not something Smart for Life cares to correct.
