I have been with the company for over 5 years now insuring my Appliance against breakdown and Boiler breakdown Home Emergency as a landlord with 21 properties, I have been assigned a account manager and feels like they are ready to serve me all the time, I keep making claims as i have some or the other appliance breakdown or boiler breakdown always, i have never been disappointed by the smart cover team. I recently had an boiler emergency and called them out of hours and still they managed to send an engineer instantly to sort out the boiler. Great team, Great Service !!!

Their engineer charge more than what the actual price is. Instead of repairing the item part, they prefer to replace with the new and bill you which is absolutely disgusting.
They should either repair and pay as a insurance for the new part.
And they argue a lot to make you understand that why you need to pay more for no reason.
I spoke to their boss Niraz Buhari as well and that guy did the same mansplaining to me about why I need to pay. Total dishonest people.

I spoke to them on the phone and their tone was very ruse towards me[customer]. I just other people to know about their real intention.
