I purchased a 4 GB, 30 day load with 1gb per day for social media for Ph. 299 on November 2nd. The load expired today November 11th, 2021. The app does not have an option to report. Only a FaQ about their service.

User's recommendation: Deceitful advertising. Not worth it.

I've been thinking several times if I should write this review or not as I have been a loyal subscriber of this telecommunications company. They kept me connected to family and friends specially at this moment of Pandemic where we can't travel and telecommunications is our only means to communicate so I felt I owed them much. I really tried to stretch my patience. I have reached them through all means that I can with my concern. I called the hotline several times, emailed them, went to the Smart Wireless Center hoping they would address the pending application of my plan renewal but it seems nobody cares. What I just wanted is for them to apply the payment I made for my device which had been on my account since August 8, 2020. With the Pandemic we are experiencing, I decided to purchase a new mobile phone online rather than going to the physical store. I received emails and calls from Smart that I can avail a plan renewal. The offer was really good. I can save so much since I will be able to get a Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G for only 47,900 pesos add on for the device with a plan 999 (999php for 24 months). I processed my Plan Renewal Application Online last August 6, 2020 and as of today September 26, 2020, I still haven't received my device. Status of my application is still awaiting for payment but the payment was already sent to Smart's account since August 8. Their hotline is useless if your concern is about online transactions. Going to their store was also a waste of time. I traveled with my 2 kids (1yr old and 3yrs old), I left them inside the car with my husband for more than an hour so I could make a follow up physically hoping the issue I had can already be resolve as I badly need a new phone. I don't know what I can do to resolve this issue as it seems nobody from Smart Communications is willing to help. All the customer service representatives I spoke with keeps promising that they will update me 24-48 hrs. Imagine how many 24-48 hrs passed already. I got so tired calling them almost every other day since August. I sent several emails to follow-up, never got a single reply. I also tried the FB messenger support but still the same, they just failed to resolve the issue as they promised.

Until now September 30, 2020 Smart Communications never called to update. I'm really very disappointed with them.
