Don't use these movers. It's not worth the aggravation or stress.
They were 3 days late, and when they arrived would not give me my car because the money order made out to Smart Choice Van Lines needed to go to US X-press Auto Transport, Inc.
A company I DID NOT SIGN WITH, BUT THEY OUTSOURCED TO! I was left stranded in the dark in a state I had never been in without my car and belongings because of miscommunication on their part.

Well where I begin???? Ok all my furniture is cracked up!!!
My bar is broke ,stools scratched up . 3000.00 in furniture and now it looks like something left on the curb for free grrrr!!! Paid 1500.00. to have my life moved a.d now it looks like carp!
Your mover have no idea what they are doing.
My freezer has a big dent in it, I'm so pissed, I can't see straight!!! I WANT A REFUND!!!!

Smart Choice comes in with a nice low price but then they add on later.
The coordinator was very nice and helpful but that changed quickly. First they tried to charge me $200 for extra boxes and threatened to leave them behind if I didn't pay.
Then they claimed that the driver went to Alabama and I would need to pay $600 to get them to come to Florida! It felt like they hijacked my belongings for ransom.
Once the items were finally delivered, there were a number of damages. When I submitted my claim, I received an email saying, "denied, denied, denied." When I asked to speak with the Claims Department, I just kept getting the same person. There is NO Claims Department and they never intended to reimburse me for the damages...
Be very careful with the company you select to move your belongings. This company also goes by the name of Moving America Xpress.

This company quoted $1995 in writing as a guaranteed price and then increased it by $1200+ after all our stuff was loaded. They lied and held our things hostage for full payment.
This company shouldn't be in business. They are ruthless and rude and will take advantage of your vulnerabilities. The owner of the company hung up on me and wouldn't talk to me about the issue. I was speaking politely, but he just didn't want to talk to me.
I asked that they keep their word and only charge $1995, but the owner claimed that all moving companies operate this way.
Horrible company. Horrible experience!
