RICK SMITH AND TEAM ARE THIEVES
They are a bunch of thieves. I bought a new Camaro from them on August 29. On September 29th I went to the dealership because they said they were switching lenders for the loan. When I got there they accused me of submitting fraudulent paystubs which was an absolute like. Rick Smith the general manager told me to return the car and get my full $5000 down payment for the car back or not and he would repo it and not give me ***. Long story short I returned the car in better shape than when I took it and he kept my money. I'm the process I was called a fag and bullied. They haven't seen the depths I'll go to to expose them and get my *** money back yet. But they soon will.

Smart Chevrolet service is trash
Been at the shop since 9:00 to have a diagnostics check ran on my truck it is now 1:00 and they have even pulled it in for service but they have technicians cleaning fish. Really? If you can avoid bringing you car here I would advise you to do so!!! They try to tell you the reason your having problems is because you have not used original GM parts but with service such as this you would prefer to do it yourself. There have been vehicals brought in after mine and have had the work done and gone and mine hasn't even been looked at. To put it plainly their service is garbage.
