Unknown receipt into my bank account
Hi,
I used to have an account with Smarkets which I thought I'd cancelled. My email is janhammer02@***.com. However, today I have found a receipt in my HSBC bank account for £453.89. I have no idea who this is for. It may be a mistake where money has been transferred to the wrong customer (me) in error.

Cannot log into account
For several months, I have been unable to log onto my account. I get different messages now saying I need to reset my password.
I tried this, but I do not receive the reset email. I do not receive any emails from you, and I cannot use chat because I cannot log in.
Can you help?
