Blurry pictures
I ordered 4 prints and frames. The pictures are blurry and cannot be used.
What recourse do I have? The website is hard to use.

I ordere 3 prints and the quality of the canvas was poor for the price. there were lines showing and one of the canvas prints was a lot darker than shown on the screen.
I realize the screen calibration may have been off but I thought they'd have some careful review of the prints before actually shipping them off as I've ordered with other companies. I reached out to customer service and they refused to reprint or refund my canvas prints so now I'm stuck with 3 useless prints that I'm embarrassed to hang on my walls.

Misleading Advertising
Website says "BULK PRICING: Buy 3 Or More For $69.00 EACH!"
To me, I just thought that meant 3 or more Smallwood frames that are the same size frame, then you could get for that price. Evidently this isnt the case, and customer service did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue despite their advertisement being unclear. It's a lot of misleading advertising and customer service not taking the time to resolve the issue.
