Small Cakes Lees Summitt Missouri Sucks
- - Charged 3x for one order.
- - Refund must be in cash at a store, not by check.
- - Owner did not respond to my letter.
Small cakes sucks as a company!I ordered cup cakes for my wife's Birthday,and the cakes were good, but they charged me 3 times for one order. I called to ask for my money back and they said I would have to go to the store to get it.
They wouldn't send me a check. WTF? Really? My son (25 years old) goes to the refund, and they wouldn't give it all to him, and then they canceled the refund to my debit card.
Really cancel the refund you Aholes!I even wrote a letter to the owner via their website -- totally ignored. Totally Ignored. That sucks as customer service. In a nutshell there customer service sucks, pay cash if you want the cakes, But my shadow will never cross their threshold.
They are dead to me.
In a word "SmallCakes" Sucks. I want my money back.
