Got banned on a few social networks, by the support and all other aspects of help.
Horrible support, buggy plugin and nothing is working as intended. Just bad, AVand waste of 200$.

I spent a week with their customer service team. I gave them access to my website but they couldn't fix any of the issues. It just wasn't worth the trouble.

Smackcoders Total Rip Off
- - Bought a Wordpress plugin for 150; it never worked.
- - Support couldn't fix it; PayPal dispute filed.
- - They blamed my environment and kept the money.
I bought a Wordpress Plugin for 150.00. It said it would be compatible with my hosting.
They gave me a total run around the plugin never worked, they never got it working for me. I had to file a complaint with Paypal and they still didn't pay me. 5 Days after purchasing plugin, still not working. I had dedicated server etc.
He said it was my environment and kept my money. Stay away from these robbers. I didn't have 150 bucks to hand over for nothing. Dirty rotten jerks.
It's people like this that shouldn't be allowed to operate.
It's absolute extortion. They wanted to charge me to make it work.
