Sloans Towing abandons customer
- - AAA routed Sloans Towing for a 4-mile tow after a radiator failure; driver let me leave keys under the mat, then left and warned not to call Sloans.
This is a very unprofessional towing company. They are a member of the AAA network but I would bet not for long.
My vehicle blew a radiator a couple nights ago and I had to park at a motel and get a cab because it was late. I called triple A they got Sloans Towing in Petersburg to agree to tow my vehicle 4 miles. I went to the vehicle and called the driver who said it was ok to leave my keys under the mat. He gets to the car, calls me and tells me I had to be at the car.
So irritated I agreed to drive back to the car to find him gone. When I called him he told me he doesnt wait for customers and not to ever call Sloans towing again.
AAA is going to get an earful. What a ***
