Sketchy service. Some sales people are very good - straight forward, knowledgeable, answer questions and are conscientious. Others not so - unresponsive, no follow through and not straight forward. Some company personnel answer emails. Other personnel don't, they just ignore them. Some personnel answer phone calls. Other personnel don't respond to any phone messages. Dealer preparation on new motorcycle was incomplete and in some cases created potentially dangerous situations. Paperwork that should have been provided at time of sale of a new motorcycle was not provided. As the purchaser I had to discover what paperwork was missing and get the dealer to provide it. Problems with the bike, discovered by me as the purchaser, should have been found and rectified by the dealer as part of their "dealer preparation" before delivery of new bike. Overall, their service can be very "iffy". Sometimes it can be quite good and other times it can be frustrating to deal with them. This doesn't make you want to continue doing business with them.
