The manager at Sloan Honda called yesterday, and I brought the car back today. They gave me my original deal with the Civic but upgraded me to the EX model, with all added features.
I have to say that they took my complaint seriously and did everything possible to make me a satisfied customer.

Misrepresenting

- The price was high; a sunroof-free version was promised, but no one called back.
I turned in my leased car, and wanted a lease on a 2019 Civic. I explained what I was willing to pay monthly on the lease.
I was shown a great car, but when the payment was calculated, it was too high. The salesman said that he would price the similar car but without a sunroof. That is what I was led to believe, the new payment was acceptable, and I went in to sign the agreement.. I was told the car was being detailed and would be brought out.
What I received was a totally stripped down basic Civic, not what I believed I was negotiating. The manager Mr.
Kramer was sympathetic and said he would call me by 5pm to see what they could do, but never heard back. I believe this was a clasdic bait and switch.

Tried to overcharge by 11000 dollars

sloan honda gave me a quote to lease an accord of 2000 dollars down and 469 amonth for 48 months . good thing i went to another honest honda dealer who gave me a price on the same car for 319 a month for 39 months.
so if you go in to sloan honda of philadelphia be prepared to be overcharged. dave is the mgr. who when confronted by me on the phone bragged he does not work for nothing and that he likes versacci and guicci clothes and jewerly and that he would have made enough on the deal to pay for maybe half of todays wardrobe.if you should go to this rip off artest and see this guy dave run out of this joint.
i also would like to say i was there to lease one car and bought another. this greedy pig lost sales on 2 cars which i bought at a honest honda dealer.you can put a pig in a 3000 suit but at the end of the day you still have a pig in a suit.

Sloan Honda resolved my complaint to my complete satisfaction within 3 days. I am extremely happy with my new Civic.
When I made the complaint I did not expect how everyone made every effort to help and resolve the issue. Sloan Honda is great !
My complaint was resolved better than I would have imagined. Got my original lease deal but they upgraded me to the better EX model
