Sure Fit - Poor product, terrible customer service

The slipcover I received had a powerful chemical odor (and I'm not particularly sensitive to that sort of thing but wow, was it pungent). One tie was missing, the other sewn in the wrong seam and hence useless and just dangled.
I contacted about returning, days later received a curt response with packing slip and deadline. I returned it asap, weeks later, no credit. When I contacted them, rather than look it up, they told me to wait for one to two months and if it still didn't appear, to contact my credit card company. I don't expect to ever see the refund.
Terrible customer service. But they did urge me to shop with them again! Yeah, when cats bark and dogs purr .

Bought a loveseat slipcover from Sure Fit. The fabric is so cheap you can see makers tab through it.
There is a visible hole in fabric on arm rest. Not pleased at all with the fabric.
