Total pain in the *** Email response was an auto response not a live body. Phone number wasnt in use.
Still trying to get through. Also, machine came partially charged which isnt part of the protocol; supposed to come uncharged and the buyer gives it its first full five hour charge so I dont know if it was partially charged, or fully, super frustrating.

Machine dies out during playing. Connect to charger until the charger light turn from red to green light but machine is no longer works and no light on the light panel.
