SlideModel offers a good service that provides small Biz standard comm. templates for sales etc.

However, without intelligent Customer Service (CS) and billing, the overall 'BizModel' falls apart. CS is the center of loyalty and profitability. They use poor bot chats and time-consuming Q&A/FAQs that waste a customer's time and do not offer any resolution. That is their 'BizModel', which I believe also uses e-mail fraudulently.

I say this because their are too many complaints online about the same issue.

Into the thousands, which implies hundreds if not millions of dollars collected fraudulently. It is no excuse to not respond to your customer needs because 'we' the customer do not 'follow' your onerous rules and interactions.
