Difficult communication

I had an issue with Slidebean downgrading a lifetime subscription to their product without notice. I tried contacting customer service through their chat and email, but did not get a response until PissedConsumer got involved.

The response and resolution were satisfactory, but it should not have taken getting a third party involved to get a response. Overall, Slidebean offers a good product and I will continue to use it.

Slidebean has been a great tool for me in the past, but I would avoid them now. They have not honored their contract for a lifetime subscription, and can not be reached on their customer service line for support.

I purchased a lifetime premium subscription in 2018 and use the service from time to time. I was downgraded to a free status that doesn't have necessary features without warning and notification. Slidebean so far has been non-responsive from their support email and their phone has been disconnected.
