Took subscription money from my after cancellation
Canceled my subscription with slender kitchen, and they continued to take subscription fees annually. I wrote them twice asking for information regarding my cancellation date and they have not answered my question.
Called PayPal and documented dates where they took money from me. Looking for a refund.
Preferred solution: Full refund

Cancel and requesting refund
I was told Id get an email stating that my automatic renewal was canceled and I would get a full refund for $48. However, I have yet to see that!
