My $1400 mattress that i purchased a year ago is falling apart! They guaranteed me full warenty and the inspector cae out snap puctures and said to contact customer service. So call a few days later and they told me that they would only exchanged the box springs. Went to the sleepys store for my exchange and at the same time bought me a platform bed. I ordered a mattress and split box spring online and patiently waited to receive a call to schedule the delivery. When I never received that call, I decided to call Sleepy's myself. I was told 10 different stories within 10 minutes on the phone with customer service. My payment wasn't confirmed, my billing information wasn't correct, the box spring wasn't in stock, they could ship it the 14th, the 9th, the 12th..... I finally said, look can i... Read more

We contacted CS on warranty issue for mattress bought 6 months ago, and 2 1/2 weeks later I am STILL waiting for return call from them to fix this! This is supposed to be a Serta, but Serta says they have no such product and question why there were no hang tags on Mattress! sleepy's delivered a mattress to us on june 27, 2013. two days later i had strange bites on my hands. it did not occur to me until a few weeks ago that sleepy's brought bedbugs into my house the exterminator found bedbugs in the mattress. i faxed the report to sleepy's on august 15, 2013 they offered me $350.00. i want every penny that it costs to fix this, and the price may go higher if they don't get their act together. we have had to dry... I just wanted to take a moment to add an additional comment to my posting of April 14, 2012. Since the time of this posting, Sleepy's has tried to contact through email and phone calls. We finally connected and their Customer Service Department was very polite and apologetic for the suffering I had experienced. Sleepy's will deny it, but they operate stores under a variety of names. For example, Dial-a-Mattress and 1-800-mattress are the same as Sleepy's. Just different names. Better Bedding is another name. In fact, if you want a really good deal, leave a deposit in one store, and then call the other to get a better deal.
