Wrong mattress delivered
Wrong mattress delivered, promissed replacement with correct mattress to resolve their mistake, this was a sale 4/25/2020 delivered on 4/27/2020. Several attempts were made to contact Chris Ketner. He took my money and did not deliver what we agreed

Technogel Sleeping Pillow Review
I bought 2 SE TECHNOGEL DELUXE THICK PILLOW PRIMES FROM SLEEP EXPERTS FOR 179.00 a piece. I bought them 8/12/15 and I have had bad neck pain ever since.
I called today 9/1/15 and explained my situation and they are not willing to take them back. They claim it's like a bathing suit and its against the law for them to take them back!!! They screwed me once.
Never again will I be in that store.

Was delivered a faulty mattress-spent loads of my time calling/waiting on people. Went to the store to get a different mattress (decided this was not a good brand -kingsdown) very happy to upsell us, but because we got the first one on sale-we could only 'exchange' it for an additional 1k.
Very generous offer to deliver for free, even though they are currently delivering for free. Then we decided to get the same mattress, so we got the delivery charge. Sleep Experts will not get my business again.
Why do I have to pay for their bad merchandise.

Serta Mattress Review
Bought a serta mattress...filed a Claim...serta sent me a letter approving an exchange. Went to sleep experts a week ago.. paid for upgrade.. today they came to deliver... stated there was a stain and would not deliver...leaving with the new mattress I paid for.
Manager Jason at watauga store being not helpful.. battling with corporate now.
Just give me refund. Worst.customer.service ever.

THE BED IS DANGEROUS. MY LABRADOR WILL NOT EVEN ENTER THE ROOM. I'M SLEEPING ON THE COUCH. MISREPRESENTATION.
8 WEEKS. NO SLEEP. 5000.00 PROMISED WE COULD EXCHANGE IT.
EXCHANGE IT FOR...ANOTHER PROBLEM.
I'M PAYING A LAB TO TEST THE PRODUCT AND THE MATERIALS. 2000.00 MORE BUT THE PUBLIC...ME AND MY HUSBAND ARE NOT FEELING GOOD SINCE BRINGING THIS INTO OUR HOME. WE USED TO BE ABLE TO HAVE A TOUGH NIGHT SLEEPING.
HEADACHES, BACKACHES, NECK PROBLEMS AND BREATHING ISSUES. ONLY IN THE BEDROOM WHERE THIS MATTRESS IS.

Then having the bed tested for what exactly?
Then the bed attacks the owner and causes some sores I guess by radiation. Maybe we should send this bed to Afganistan.
Maybe you have super aids. or cancer.
