Signed a contract and paid them18,829.74 and begged them to come and do the job.All they wanted was 10,800.00 more money .The contract was for 24,573.58. all they they did was a sub floor for a porch and that was wrong.After eight months of begging them to come and do the job,i had to cancel the contract and hire some one else.

Gave them 18,829.74 to put up a Porch and Siding executed the contract on October 7 2019 for a total of 24,573.58 paid them deposit 12,286.79. another 5,000.00 they had 17,786.79 now after three months still wont do the the job gave them another1,542.95 to start the Siding still would not come back ,they said i had to give them another 10,800.00 before they would step foot on the property. They already had 18,829.74 of my money after eight months all they did is a sub floor and it was wrong had some materials on driveway they refused to come back had to cancel the contract and hire some one else to do the job.Wynn i tried to call them they would hang up on me. Cost me a lot more money . And now they put a lean on the property for over 10,000.00

As a master craftsman, and licensed general contractor for over 30 years, I take pride in providing prompt, and professional services to all my customers. Specifically, related to the previous comment, this was not a one door job. This was a special order project that included installation of seven doors which were completed ahead of schedule. The last door was special order which took additional time to complete. All efforts were made however to communicate with the customer to ensure they understood the situation with the supplier. While this was an isolated incident, I am happy to report that the customer's project was completed and this matter has been satisfactorily resolved.

I needed 6 windows repaired or, so I thought at the time. There was leaking and there was rotting around the windows of my home. However, after contacting Sledgebrothers Home Improvement, the salesman came immediately and did a thorough inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable and showed me how it would be better for me cost wise to replace these windows, rather than to repair them. I was very pleased that I actually saved money, and I got a great deal on the cost of the windows. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs customized windows or doors, or any construction for that matter. They do a great job. Thinking about getting a new patio door and, I will definitely use them again.

Gary Slagle, president, replaced three inside door, took a $400 deposit to order the exterior door in November. Stalls, delays, injury and now the phone is disconnected. Not sure whats worse, the contractor or thumbtack who vets them.
