Check back on my order, I did order two different handles but fittings were different Im going on 80 yrs. Old and all is good.

I want to know if you received my candle orders. I haven't heard anything and I don't see any deduction yet on my credit card. Please tell me if you have received my order and when will I receive my candles. I need them right away as they are for gifts and my decor also. Please advise.

No answer at customer service….. to amend order or even delete order!!!!!
Placed an order and when I needed to get advertised discount, the end billing didnt reflect the 2 for 1 discount. Offered a customer service number but no one answered nor returned call. Attempted to delete the order or change, but nothing.

Damaged goods
I received damaged candles, in the delivery process. Followed their procedures to receive replacements.
Have yet to receive an email or an knowledgement in my emails. All customer service number in Google are related to property management. I paid for these candles and would like them replaced!! But left hanging in the wind.
Very disappointed. I'm giving 24 hours and then I will call the BBB!!! I'll never buy from him again!!!
