The tracking number stated that the package would be dropped off at my apartment today. At 9:22 am fedex stated they dropped off a package but never knocked on my door or dropped anything off.
When I received the notification I instantly went out to check and there was nothing there. I have a ring camera that also wouldve picked up if someone came to drop off a package and it did not. The picture down below doesnt show anything but a white box.
Quite frankly I dont know if that is my package either because there is no readable name or anything. I would like a new package or a refund because this is outrageous
