I ordered a DVD from this company because I couldn't find it anywhere else. They have a nice-looking website, it's put together professionally.

I paid them $20 on my Visa card. They acknowledged my order and then I didn't hear from them again. The DVD didn't arrive, I found I could no longer log in to my account, and when I requested to reset my password, the promised email for resetting wasn't sent to me.

I tried emailing them a number of times but got no reply.

Eventually I contacted my bank. Visa have now refunded my money.

Update: Weeks later I received the DVD. I notified them that it had arrived and to contact me.

I got a one-line reply saying there had been 'shipping delays'. I think they probably sent it as a result of this complaint or because Visa contacted their bank. The DVD was not sealed, the artwork is a photocopy, the disc has multiple marks and scratches on the playing surface and the film ends abruptly after one hour and sixteen minutes although it's supposed to last ninety minutes.

I emailed them to say the condition of the item wasn't acceptable and to ask again why I'm no longer able to log in on their website. I haven't heard from them since.
