Skyview Condominiums in Pueblo, Colorado has very poor management who does not care at all about tenants. They currently have a roach problem and have known about this for almost 2 months and do really nothing about it.
Several tenants have this problem that I have spoken to, and management is dragging their feet about calling an exterminator. This should have been done over a month ago, and no exterminator has called back yet. But they spend money on foolish little parties and barbecues. The manager gets very rude when a tenant demands something be done, passes the blame to the maintenance employee, and and when told she's responsible for her employees, states that she'd have the employee written up, fired, or "what the *** ever." She's only interested in collecting rents, not concerned about tenants at all.
She doesn't want to take responsibility for her own laziness in doing something about tenant complaints.
They advertise a security service here - someone may drive through once a night and the security service is on call, they serve the whole city, so they don't come out unless it's really important and then they can't do much at all so they're really of no use, no protection at all for tenants.
