on the 25/04/2021 a technician was appointed to check one of my fleet vehicles DT54LXGP. after he sorted the problem and left, a very respectable person Themba, i could not view the vehicle on my app so i called Tracker and was put through to tracker trace. i spoke to Mxolise Nobela who has no manners. i asked me about my vehicle but he could not assist, he said maybe the unit needs to be updated but he could not assist so i asked as to when will this take place and he said what do you want me to tell you an hour because he does not know so i asked about the safety of my vehicle and there was nothing he could do. is that his job???? giving no assistance to customers or giving atleast some info. i called the technician Themba who was more helpful than your emplyee sitting there doing nothing to assist. most disgusting service from tracker as this is an ongoing problem. i am taking my business away.

Fake Reviews by airlinequality.com

Beware of bogus airline quality review website airlinequality.com. They don't post really negative reviews of airlines and will only post reviews based on their ad client spends. I guess the airlines can purchase fake reviews such as airlinequality.com. jetBlue AirwaysI have taken many trips with Jet Blue and in the past when I had to make schedule changes I would always get a supervisor that would make consideration in the amount being charged. This time I called and asked a supervisor to make a consideration for a reduced fee. I was told no in the harshest tone. That was the first time they did that to me. Later that day I received an email from Jet Blue wishing me a happy birthday. So at that point I realized they were a bunch of phonies. I get a programmed email to wish me a happy birthday. Happy would have been a symbolic 20 dollar discount or something like that not a synthetic well wish. I pledge never to fly this airline in my lifetime. I need a relationship with an airline that treats their customers with the ultimate customer experience, not as a resource they shake as much profit from.
