We were not able to update our Skytrack. Josh was super patient and discovered we had an older version.
He patiently guided us through the process and got us up and running!
Nothing a chat could have done. We appreciate him and the fact that we could talk to a live representative!

I wanted to resubscribe but the live chat contact went unseeded for over an hour. And my earlier email to Kinsey Mihm asking for tech help was answered - telling me to “clear my cache”. When I asked for help on that - no reply.
I cant renew my subscription. The confirm number your system is using is my old defunct number 1956. My current nunber is 3064.

When i go to play Wgt on solo play and I try to start up a Strokeplay round via Game Modes at any course within that option, all of the course modes (i.e. front 9/back 9/full18 and even the CTTH) are greyed out with the message Unlock stroke play through Skytrak!.
I've tried multiple ways to resolve this, without success. I have purchased the play and improve package through skytrak so wgt is included.
