A most unpleasant experience

After suspending me and my family 100s of feet in the air for 40 minutes with no explanation or information, they allowed us to complete one revolution. So picture 180 degrees up-wait 40 minutes, then 180 degrees down and all it cost was $77.28 for the 6 of us!

So we asked for a refund and they told us we could ride again...like offering a crime victim a second beating. when we finally got off, the manager told us to see the ticket office for a refund.

And that's where a lady told us she could do nothing without the manager who was hiding out in a trailer out back, refusing to talk to us. I completely understand that mechanical things happen, but after you ruin our afternoon, you need to make it right.
