- Skymesh charged my direct debit twice and shouldn't have.
- Contact by phone is hard and email responses are slow; I will go to the ombudsman.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I contacted them,spoke to them,mind you I waited 90 minutes for them to answer
Skymesh has taken money from my direct debit account twice now and shouldn't have. Trying to ring them is utterly hopeless, and leaving an email for them to contact you is a joke.
If I don't get some answers or this matter cleared up, I will be going to the ombudsman. Not happy!!
Preferred solution: I would like them to credit my account on the amounts they have taken out when they shouldn't have
