I wanna to fly business class, but I wanted to save money. I expected first/business class tickets for what I paid, but after they got my money, I struggled to get what I wanted.

The first agent I spoke with didn't speak English well because his accent was very thick. I sure had a difficult time understanding him. He created my tickets, but soon there was a change in flight plans, and there were economy seats. It took me lots of time on the phone and sending emails, but they canceled my flight and gave me vouchers.

Then I got another agent who was easier to understand.

He booked my tickets, all.in first class except the last leg of the trip and it was in economy. I agreed to that. I was on our cruise when I got notice that there was a change in our itinerary again. This time they booked the last leg of the journey for five hou6in economy.

I was on a cruise, so at 25 cents a minute, being put on hold or talking to a person with few English skills wouldn't have worked. I contacted them on Facebook asking them to please give me what I paid for.

They responded by saying people were looking into it. Nothing happened of course.
