Won't let me I !
It works from my iPad but won't from my iPhone. Why?
They are all connected. I have had this for 4 years. Since all the updates, it's horrible. It tells me to sign in but then, create an account.
I already have one!

Downloading my calendar
I still cant download my calendar from my phone to the device. I still need help with this. Should I try my apple calendar?

Resolved: Could not activate frame
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Nothing
The company sent an activation code. The frame would not accept it.
They have a help website which immediately activates a company called justanswer . They immediately wanted to charge 55$. I declined so they tried another approach which was 39$. I declined.
I will wait an hour or so and try again. If no luck then return the Skylight frame to Amazon.

My dog chewed my cord for my frame. Ordered a replacement and it was received quickly.
