Can’t send pictures to frame anymote
I was in contact with a technician. He advised that I should use the email app to transfer pix to my frame. I did and it worked.
Since I hung up, I tried several way with transfer pix by my phone and finally got it to work my resubmitting the address again.
This worked so now all is working fine.
Correction: I was never pissed, just wanted to transfer pix by my phone as I normally do, all is Okay now.
User's recommendation: Restart your Skylight Frame as if it is the initial time.

It works from my iPad but won't from my iPhone. Why?
They are all connected. I have had this for 4 years. Since all the updates, it's horrible. It tells me to sign in but then, create an account.

Verified ReviewerResolved: Could not activate frame
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Nothing
The company sent an activation code. The frame would not accept it.
They have a help website which immediately activates a company called justanswer . They immediately wanted to charge 55$. I declined so they tried another approach which was 39$. I declined.
I will wait an hour or so and try again. If no luck then return the Skylight frame to Amazon.
